Yukos Again Asks Judge for Shelter

HOUSTON - Russian oil company Yukos on Friday asked a judge to consider resurrecting its bankruptcy and provide shelter in U.S. courts from further asset selloffs by the Russian government.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Letitia Clark late Thursday dismissed the company's Chapter 11 case and related lawsuits, saying it was clearly a Russian company with Russian assets and the case had no place in U.S. courts.
