RIVERSIDE - A judge blocked Kaiser Permanente's bid to purchase Chino Valley Medical Center Thursday and allowed a Victorville- based health-care company to operate the Chino Hospital.
The judge's ruling means Victorville-based Prime Healthcare Systems Inc. will begin to finance the Chino Valley's operations and help its current owners emerge from bankruptcy, effective Thursday night, according to Prime officials.See the full content of this document
