NORCO -- The fate of Maverick Steak House will be decided Jan. 25,less than two months after three people, including a firefighter, were shotat the bar during a holiday toy drive sponsored by a motorcycle club.

The Norco planning commission voted unanimously on Wednesday to hold apublic hearing to decide whether to modify or revoke Maverick'sconditional-use permits -- the latter would force the bar to close.
