MONTCLAIR -- A man suspected of using a camera phone to take pictures up a woman's skirt was arrested by police Thursday.
Kenneth Solis, 23, of Riverside placed his camera phone under the skirt of a 40-year-old Upland woman who was in the electronics department of Target at 9052 Central Ave., police said.See the full content of this document
