Summary
Half of all Latinos say their situation in the United States is worse now than it was a year ago, according to a survey the Pew Hispanic Center released Thursday.
The pessimism is especially prevalent among immigrants, nearly two-thirds of whom say things have gotten worse over the past year. In 2007, 42 percent of Latino immigrants and one-third of all Latino adults expressed the same view.See the full content of this document
