Mark your calendars for a great opportunity to help support a community organization next month. The Upland Community Partnership for Youth Development will be hosting their annual spaghetti dinner on Oct. 2 from 5 until 8 p.m. at the Recreation Department's Magnolia Center located at 651 W. 15th Street in Upland.

Proceeds from the dinner help the Upland Community Partnership After School Programs whose purpose is to support programs directed to all aspects of troubled youth in at-risk situations with the hope of leading them away from patterns of crime and juvenile delinquency. The program is geared to Upland children in sixth through ninth grades
