More than 1,400 high school seniors in San Bernardino did not pass the California High School Exit Exam in 2007.

In an effort to help high school students struggling with the test, San Bernardino Valley College is enlisting the help of a new program funded by a special state grant. The new programs helps kids hit the books and take the test again - this time successfully.
