I understand that in California, which happens to be a Democratic state, anyone who commits a crime that involves a "cold blooded" killing cannot be executed here. I am shocked to hear this.
The latest test of this fact revolves around the man who just recently was accused of shooting down eight innocent people in Southern California. He was apprehended by the police who found that he had more than one firearm in his possession.
