RIALTO - The city and a Christian organization are working together to create a job center that would aid businesses stressed by day laborers scouting their parking lots for employers.
The City Council agreed this month to give Sunrise Life Development until the end of the year to find funding for a site. The group, a nonprofit wing of Sunrise Church in Rialto, will supply the operational staff; the city is looking to secure the site.See the full content of this document
