RANCHO CUCAMONGA - A year after the city was awarded a prestigious grant to craft policies addressing childhood obesity, officials have been given a clear message from residents - a farmers market would be a perfect fit for the southwest part of the city.
"What we're hearing loud and clear is they want it," said Erika Lewis-Huntley of the City Manager's Office. "There's a scarcity of healthy foods in the area, and a farmers market would be great."See the full content of this document
