FONTANA - The director of San Bernardino Animal Control said there are other incidents involving the owner of several horses seized Tuesday from a city residence.

Director Kenneth Childress said Leonardo Benito, 37, of Fontana owned a horse that went into traffic and died as well as another horse that was impounded.
