The Daily Bulletin endorses incumbent Gwen Norton-Perry and challenger Curt Hagman in the Chino Hills City Council election. The leadership of Norton-Perry, who was the city s first mayor and has been on the council since incorporation, is part of the reason that Chino Hills has become one of the region s most desirable places to live.
