Summary
Regarding the editorial "Fire chief, deputy should be fired," Aug. 14, I say amen to that. If they are not fired and are given a free pass - as often happens in these cases - I would like to suggest that when I must relocate and need help "moving my stuff" that I can also get the same privileges that they had. After all, it is my money too that they squandered for their personal use.
Hopefully, the San Bernardino County Fire Department trailer will be unloaded for me and some of the same on-duty firefighters (whose real duty was to be available just in case they were needed to fight a fire) will be available to me - a senior citizen on a fixed income, who can use all the "free stuff" I can get.See the full content of this document
