STOCKTON - A 24-year-old Oakland man was found dead this weekend in his California Youth Authority cell, the fourth inmate to die this year in the state's youth prison system.
Dyron Mandell Brewer was found unresponsive on Sunday morning. There were no obvious signs of foul play, said a spokeswoman for the San Joaquin County Coroner's Office, but a full report will only be available when toxicology tests are completed in a few weeks.See the full content of this document
