POMONA - Morgan Lucas and Shawn Langdon started the Jurupa Valley High School Class of 2001 reunion a bit early on Sunday, using the start of the 60th anniversary of the NHRA to meet in the finals of the season-opening Winternationals.
Lucas beat his teammate for the Top Fuel dragster title at Pomona Raceway, ending a two-year victory drought. Lucas covered the 1,000- foot distance in 3.835 seconds at 316.38 mph compared to 4.047 at 313.73 for Langdon.See the full content of this document
