RIVERSIDE - The county may soon be expanding its arsenal in the battle against teen smoking.

Riverside County shops and markets selling cigarettes and other tobacco products would have to obtain a county license and pay a $350 annual renewal fee under a proposed ordinance set to go before the Board of Supervisors for a vote next month.
