There are a group of Vietnam War veterans claiming that the circumstances under which John Kerry pulled a comrade in arms to safety did not constitute a combat situation and therefore did not merit being awarded the Silver Cross. Thus they conclude that he is unfit to be commander in chief of the Armed Forces.
