RANCHO CUCAMONGA - A Superior Court judge on Tuesday turned down the Chino Valley Unified School District's request for a new trial in a lawsuit brought by an open-government activist.
The decision from Judge Frederick A. Mandabach pleased Rich McKee, president of the nonprofit Californians Aware, who sued CVUSD for violating open meeting laws and won late last year.See the full content of this document
