POMONA - For iPoly High School students, the days of washing hands under freezing water and having to trek to the principal's office for a cup of drinking water will soon be over.

Students, educators and city officials on Wednesday bid their first farewell to the school's portable classrooms and broke ground on their $20 million, two-story, 21-classroom building.
