LOS ANGELES -- A group of young women who sued the Hooters restaurant chain because they were secretly videotaped while applying for jobs in West Covina have won another legal round in court.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mary Thornton House has ruled the cases of the 27 plaintiffs should move toward trial rather than be delayed until an appellate court decides whether the disputes should go to arbitration.See the full content of this document
