Home buyers in the Inland Empire snatched up foreclosed properties in the first part of the year, but in fewer numbers than 2009, a report from a foreclosure tracking firm said.
Foreclosures made up 59.8 percent of all residential sales in San Bernardino County in the first quarter of 2010, according to a report from Irvine-based RealtyTrac.
