An attorney for death row inmate Kevin Cooper is hoping a judge will allow additional DNA testing on evidence related to four murders committed in 1983 in Chino Hills.

DNA testing of blood stains on a T-shirt, a blood spatter on a paint chip and a vial of blood would prove Cooper's innocence in the killings, attorney Norman Hile said.
