There is a new baker in town. Despite a fragile economy, Rosemary Courtney quit her job as a systems manager for a financial company and opened the House of Bread in Chino Hills last March.
"When you work for someone else there is a risk of getting laid off, but when you work for yourself you have more control of how things are being done," Courtney said. "It's more of a what effort you put in is what you'll get out of it."See the full content of this document
