Teen girls from the Inland Valley are invited to Camp Miss Independent later this month.

The program, scheduled from Feb. 27 through March 1, will be operated by Camp Fire USA, Mt. San Antonio Council. The weekend is for girls in grades 9 through 12. It will be held at the nonprofit organization's Camp Nawakwa in the San Bernardino Mountains near Big Bear City. Scheduled activities include everything from friendship- building to skill-sharing.
