Cal State San Bernardino is a growing university with plenty of new offerings this fall, including its first degree in engineering and its first doctoral program, with new buildings set to open by spring.

But as much as the head count seems to be growing, the university still is on a mission to increase its full-time enrollment, and thus, its revenue base, to keep going strong, said President Albert Karnig in his convocation Monday to a packed house at the Santos Manuel Student Union Events Center.
