FONTANA -- On the day Robert Eugene Cordero was stabbed to death in his Rialto home, his teenage nephew confided to his cousin that he was tired of his uncle bossing him around and was going to "teach him a lesson," court records state.
Daniel Cordero, 15, will be tried as an adult in the fatal stabbing of his uncle Saturday at their home in the 600 block of West Marygold Avenue in Rialto. He appeared before Fontana Superior Court Judge Raymond Haight III Tuesday for an arraignment. Haight entered a not guilty plea on Cordero's behalf to one count of murder.See the full content of this document
