CHINO HILLS - A dump truck driver hauling a full load of hot asphalt lost control of the truck Tuesday and spilled about 18 tons of the material onto both sides of the 71 Freeway.
The 4:01 a.m. crash on the northbound 71 near Soquel Canyon Parkway prompted a six-hour closure of three lanes on both sides of the freeway, including the carpool lanes, the California Highway Patrol said.See the full content of this document
