President Barack Obama's administration on Friday reported a deficit of more than $1 trillion for the second year in a row, leaving Democrats susceptible to criticism just before the midterm election on Nov. 2.
The Congressional Budget Office projected the deficit to be $1.3 trillion for the 2010 fiscal year, down from a record high of $1.4 trillion in 2009.See the full content of this document
