For decades, OPARC personnel have worked to empower individuals with disabilities with the spirit and the skills to achieve their potential with dignity.

And it's worked. The Montclair nonprofit started out as a grassroots effort by people who simply wanted individuals living with challenges to be included in life. The program has combined counseling, training, social activities and community work. It has been successful from the beginning.
